AP Fitness is run by a PE teacher who is passionate about providing an inclusive environment which in turn will help to get people of all ages active.

Physical Activity has many benefits to people of all ages, such as relieving stress and releasing happy endorphins. It is also great for helping to meet new people, improving mental health, improving physical states and building confidence. For some people, physical activity can help to change and improve their lives.

In our current world I think it is vital for young people to enjoy being active in any way they can, in order to ensure they have a positive relationship with exercise, which they can take forward into their whole lives. Even increasing how active you are on a day to day basis can have a big impact on your life.

At AP Fitness it is our aim to provide everyone with the knowledge, understanding and opportunity for people to be able to take control of their own health and fitness, which they can take into their lives.
