Monday and Wednesday - 19.00-19.45. - TeenFit is a class dedicated to those aged 11-16 years. The class is suitable for those of all fitness levels and goals and is a great class to get fit, build confidence and meet new people. - Freedom Leisure DD and annual members receive a £1 discount. - *Please note; a signed parent/guardian consent form will be required for this class.
