Here is a free calorie calculator so you can can work out exactly how many calorie you should be trying to consume per day!


The best app I've found for tracking is an app called MyFitnessPal. It's very easy to use and after you've inputted an item it is then saved for you to be able to select again. 


3 things to remember when using this app however:


1 - The app will try to add additional calories based on its own exercise tracker. However, the calories you get from my calculator already include this, so just stick to the calories you get from my calculator. 


2 - It doesn't matter if you forget to add absolutely every meal, snack or drink. Just try to have a rough estimate at how many calories you think it had, and take that off your total. You'll get better at this the more you use the app!


3 - Remember drinks count too! So make sure you log these!
