This is the plan I used in the build up to competing at the South East Open Powerlifting Competition in 2019. I placed 3rd in my weight class with a final total of 450kg. 


My final standings were:

Bench - 100kg

Squat - 150kg

Deadlift - 200kg


This programme is designed to get maximum results in a short period of time. Each session can be done within an 75 minutes, but can take longer if you increase your rest periods.
