Only a couple of chapters in and James Smith’s “Not A Diet Book” is incredible👏

I can relate to the following passage on a personal level. Just over 18 months ago I changed my training to focus on performance; more specially focusing on powerlifting; shifting my focus away from the stereotypical fitness ideology of focusing on how you look🏋🏻‍♂️

This has had a hugely positive impact on my own mental health by having realistic, tangible goals to successfully achieve, as well as maintain my motivation for longer👊

I cannot recommend a focus on performance, rather than how you look, strongly enough💪

I cannot recommend this book strongly enough either!📖
