All weight loss comes from 1 thing, a calorie deficit. This is when you burn more calories than you consume each day. 🏃
There’s a whole variety of ways you can do this. A whole range of diets which help you lose weight. However, all of these diets create a calorie deficit of some kind.
For example, an average adult should aim for 60% of their daily diet to be made up of carbohydrates. If you choose to do a Keto diet (low carb diet), you’ll reduce the amount of calories you have by reducing your carbohydrate intake and maintaining your protein and fats calorific intake.
Any weight loss comes from being in a deficit. How you choose to do this is up to you. But for a diet to be maintained you should choose a diet that works for you, not something that restricts you so much that you give up after a couple of weeks.
You can create your own calories deficit with just small adjustments to your diet. To create successful weight loss, read below👇
