Hip Thrusts are a great compound exercise to target and strength the hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and lower back. This can help lead to stronger and more stable joints, and a better posture!

Things to remember:
◼️Keep your head neutral.
◻️Engage your glutes at the very top of the thrust.
◼️Breathe out as your thrust up, breathe in on the way down.
◻️Keep your feet flat on the floor and your shoulders in contact with the bench.
◼️Lifting shoes and knee sleeves are optional😂
