◼️‘Explode’ the weight back, drawing back with your elbows.
◻️Squeeze the top of your back together, keeping your core and glutes engaged.
◼️Keep your elbows high throughout the movement.
◻️Move the weight back for a count of 3, maintaining a bend at the elbows.
